Dying out brains, help?
Do you get enough physical exercise? Any kind of sporting activity is great for the brain! It really does work. Anything like swimming, running, cycling, tennis. It's all good for getting the brains circuits running smoothly. Diet is also very important. Make sure you get enough fruit and veg every day. And fish contains natural oils that help the brain work better. The other thing is make sure you are getting enough sleep each night. And doing creative activities and reading (especially fiction). Listening to music also helps.. especially clical music.. I recommend JS Bach, Mozart, Handel and Chopin. Listening to music by these composers has been proven to improve the functioning of the brain.
