04 jeep wrangler budget lift?

I'm looking at a budget lift for my 04 jeep wrangler I don't do to much off roaring just looking to put the bigger tires on there is a kit that has 3" blocks for the front and 2" blocks for the back with 4 shocks the price is a little more that 250 if I do this what else will I have to do to my jeep if anything...also if I don't do this what size tires can I fit without problems 04 jeep wrangler 6 cyl 4x4 sport any information will be appreciated!
