Has Petsmart ever been rude with you?

I have one Petsmart around me, and they are somewhat nice. Several miles away is another Petsmart, and that's the Petsmart I called. I asked them how many hamsters they had, and while I was talking they hung up. It made me mad. So the next day we went to that same Petsmart (because they had females) and we went to the rodent department. We waited around 20 mins so we went and asked the lady where the workers were at, and she called them around 3 times and even the guy who worked at the rodent department walked ped us. He said he was busy, but I seriously don't think he was. I saw him laughing with another worker, and all that. We seriously waited for about an hour and a half and they still didn't come. We went to the lady again and she said kind of rudely "Sorry, they're busy with a costumer right now" so we just left. Has a Petsmart ever been rude to you, or had horrible service?
