If I want to be a physics / add math lecturer, what should I do to achieve my ambition?

I'm currently in From 4, going to Form 5 in year 2010. I really love Physics, however I love Additional Mathematics too... Being a lecturer in one of these fields is my ambition...Can someone please give me some valuable advice? I'm also searching for scholarships that can aid me financially throughout my pre-university and university years.... Thanks for your advices!
