How can I control anger with my mum?

My mum is always bullying me and shouting at me. My little brother is always nipping me, slapping, throwing things at me and when i hit him back my mum hits me with her shoe, swears at me and calls me FAT FAT FAT. I get so mad and cant control myself and i am sooooo mad just sittin hear. I also cant tell anyone because nobody cares about me.
