Were is the best place to live in America?

Me and my fiance live in Reno Nevada... We are sick of the city, bums, drug addicts and prostitutes here... its so crowded and has a very "dirty" feeling to it.. there is also a lack of jobs here... We want to find a place were there are more jobs, a pretty place preferably very green, a "cleaner" place, a place were it is safe (no hurricanes or tornados or things like that) a place were we can start a family together. If any of you know of a place like this, please tell me. Im totally ready to move away from this place to a paradise for me and my Fiance.
