Who else thinks US tv commercials are contradictions and scary?

To me it's mostly medical lawsuits, followed by new medications with tons of side effects available followed by adverts for meal deals, huge portions and then followed by take these magic diet pills and lose 20 pounds without moving off your *** followed by use this new exercise system and become fantastic in just 5 minutes a day. And then there's the scary weird ones like loud and clear and snuggies!!! And what's with all the commercials for male enhancement pills? Is there something wrong over there, is all the cholesterol and tons of meds making blood flow not reach the right parts!
