Wedding Color Help for a Wedding in August 27, 2011, Black, Red, Pink and White?

Hi! I need a little feedback. Our wedding will be August 27, 2011 at a Country Club. I wanted to incorporate both of our favorite colors together. I was considering Black, Red, white and possibly Honeysuckle pink or any pink. I love pink and his favorite colors are black and red. I just realized the colors may be too valentine like. Should I reconsider my colors? Can I make it be mostly black and white and the accent colors a combination of red and pink? Thank you all for your help and feebback!
