How do i get the right sound sweet child o mine on my guitar and amp?

I want to get a good sound identical to the sound of Sweet Child O Mine by Guns N Roses ive been trying to do a cover for it.I have a Vox AD15VT Valvetronix amp and a Squier Fat Strat.What should my amp settings be??
