Eye drainage problem, but not infected?

My right eye has been wattery off and on for the past two weeks. It isnt red and irratated, and its clear fluid (not infected, yellow, goopy or anything). Is there anything I can do over the counter to get the drainage to work properly? I really dont think its allergies, overly dry, and not a makeup thing. Please help, I'm getting married in 48 hours! Thanks
