Should I sue?

So my friends and I were in Wal-Mart after a basketball game--my alma mater vs. the college of the town where the Wal-Mart is (these schools are HUGE rivals). When my friends and I are together, we're CRAZY! Anyway, we were in Wal-Mart, goofing off, taking pictures of us doing crazy stuff. We've done it a million times. All of the sudden we hear someone talking on a radio "we've got a camera." This guy comes up to us and really rudely asks "How many cameras do you have?" We say 1 and he gets on his radio and goes "So-and-so [don't remember the name], how many cameras are we supposed to have?" and the other guy says none. He then proceeds to tell us he was giving us 10 seconds to erase all the pictures we took or he'd confie the camera. After he left, he had his ociates blatantly following us around to make sure we didn't take pictures. Then when we left, he tried accusing us of shoplifting. I'm convinced it was because we were all wearing our college gear.
