Rims with high tollerance?

I used to have rims on my 94 celica that had very small lug holes and i had to specially get lug nuts for "low tollerance tuner wheels" im getting a new set of wheels and would like to know which rims have a larger lug nut hole. I'd like to get greddy racing lugs but those require a little over an inch diameter holes in order to fit.
