Connecting a wireless pc to our wireless network?

I would say that if the 2 other wireless device can connect then the problem is not with your AP. Have you confirmed the encryption method on the new laptop. I have found that sometimes you have to reenter the WPA key to get it to connect. Hope that gets you started on the right path.
