I am going to be running about one and a half miles at least four times a week, and i have a before bed ab regimen, consisting of 25 sit up, then 10 leg lifts, then sixty seconds of sitting with my legs and torso above the ground, 60 seconds of a plank, twenty crunches, and finally, 30 seconds each of leg lifts at 6 inches, 12 inches, 18 inches, anf to end it, a 30 second superman, a ten second rest, and another 30 seconds superman. I will be attending yoga cles every sunday from now on too. I also play softball after school.
