What is this gadget called?

You put it on the handlebars of an exercise bike, It has a screen that simulates races or rides through hills, woods, different terrains and you're "riding" along with it. It looks like a small screen probably the size of a GPS. Help!! I need to purchase it for an upcoming birthday. : )
