So, what's up with the Lakers?

Will they make anymore efforts to acquire more players this off season. The season is about to start pretty soon and it seems that Mitch Kupchak and Jerry Buss are just sitting around doing nothing. If the Lakers want to go far this next season, they better add a good player or else they're finished. No Jason Kidd, no Kevin Garnett, no Jermaine O'neal. The Lakers had their chance to acquire any of these super star players. It saddens me to see this great organization going down the drain.
