Ryans or Morrison for LB in head to head league?

Who would you take as your LB in fantasy football, Demarco Ryans or Kirk Morrison. I already have James Harrison but I am looking to scoop up one of these two before Sundays. What do you think? Should I keep Harrison for that matter?
