Nose issues can u help?

ko my nose is relly stuffy and has been for the past few days. I know it probly just inflamation and stiff like that but I dont know how to fix it. Im not aloud to use nasonex or amything that you spray up your nose because it damages the tissue in your nose. Wat else should I do besides that?
