Is this normal for my fiance to act like this?

Weve been together for seven years now.This question is not a joke but may sound like one unfortunatley. A couple years ago i caught him eating his boogers. I told him that was disgusting and he said he would stop. Then i found out to trim his toe nails he puts his foot in his mouth and does it the caveman way by biting them. This really concerns me but should i be? Is he just a guy? Also he can hold grudges and if i say something to hurt his feelings he will cross his arms and ignore for hours. We did the ground cinnamon challenge today and he freaked out and was very dramatic in his coughing, spitting and blowing his nose for hours. I tried to sympathize but it is sooo hard to feel sorry for someone that acts like such a baby. Are these things normal?
