I have a 1990 Toyota Camry that turns over but wont start?

Hi,You sound like a person with a good knowledge of the operation under the hood.I would say it may be the distributer cap .Contacts are probably worn down ,that they are no longer making.You could clean them up but I think you stil need a new cap.Good Luck.
