I started going to the gym in at the beginning of the month then I got the flu and then my period. So for almost 3 weeks I've felt like garbage. I've been totally munching out on bread and junk food and sleeping all day before I have to go to work and before I was up early and at the gym. Given I had only been going for a week before I got sick but it felt really good. I feel so lazy again. HELP!!!
