DiBiase and Rhodes: jobbers to the stars?

Ted DiBiase is struggling on RAW as we speak. Apparently, it's Maryse who's getting all the attention. And believe it or not, "Dashing" Cody Rhodes is not doing much better, either. This week, he appears on Superstars against former Dudebuster Trent Barreta in the Superstars Main Event. Also on SD, the guys that are getting pushes are Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, and Exodus. Do you think DiBiase and Rhodes are on the decline?
